Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of StarStore. By using the service you accept them in full. If you don't agree, please do not use StarStore.
Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use StarStore.
- You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account and any wallet credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when placing an order or requesting a payout.
Payments & pricing
Prices are shown in USDT and may fluctuate based on market rates. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Network fees are paid by the user and are not refundable.
Refunds
Because Telegram Stars and Premium subscriptions are delivered to your account instantly and cannot be reclaimed, all sales are final once the order is fulfilled. If your order fails or is not delivered within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund through support.
Prohibited use
- Fraud, chargebacks, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
- Reselling stolen or unauthorized Telegram Stars.
- Using StarStore to harass, deceive, or harm another person.
- Attempting to disrupt the service, scrape it, or circumvent rate limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these rules.
Liability
StarStore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for any failure of Telegram or blockchain infrastructure, or for transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses by the user.
